In an address to law enforcement, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions made two dubious claims about marijuana and opioids: Sessions said marijuana is “only slightly less awful” than heroin, an illicit opioid. The Trump administration has banned all electronic devices larger than a mobile phone from carry-on luggage from 8 countries. In an effort to fight terrorism, the ban is recommended by administration to due “innovative methods” of terrorists from middle-eastern countries to cause turmoil in the US. Local NAACP President Calls for Reparations After University of Georgia Re-buries Remains of Likely Slaves [TIME]

Via TIME: The University of Georgia on Monday commemorated the 105 likely slaves who recently had to be buried again after their gravesites were unearthed during a construction project on campus.
